3.2 Product Sales Ratio

CFTC’s 2015 main revenue is divided into automobile and motorcycle components, hard drive components, and other parts. The ratio of each product sales shown as the below:

3.3 Sales in recent years

Year 2015 revenue is near 1.7 billion, which is 1% more than year 2014. The sales of main products in recent 3 years, shown as the following:

3.4 Lately Operating Performance

In 2015, due to hard drive market demand declined and revenue of HDD parts was decreasing year by year, CFTC shifted its focus on car and motorcycle parts. Since then, the sales of automobile and motorcycle parts has grown year by year. CFTC has an Investor Exclusive section on the official website, which updates information constantly regarding investors’ profit. So investors can receive more current information when implementing investment decisions. According to the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE), the required info such as operating income, monthly invoices, and relevant operating information must be published at Market Observation Post System (MOPS) website. In addition to obtaining relevant business information from the website, investors can also participate in face-to-face communication with the management team at the annual general meeting and understand the operational guidelines from the annual report. Investors may use the exclusive telephone and e-mail of the spokesperson and the acting spokesperson to reflect the questions or suggestions. All questions will be addressed and answered.

 
3.5 Customer Services

From the beginning contact with us to small batch trial production and mass production stages, CFTC has designated item manager or sales person to serve the customers. During production stage, if the customer has any request about product design, product quality, and processing progress, etc. Our sales and QA department staff will be the contact window to take care the customer. Our goal is to instantly meet customers’ needs.
